POSITION INFO:

Sectional Title Portfolio Officer required for a reputable company based in East London , Eastern Cape

Requirements:

• Three years’ experience in managing Sectional Title Schemes / HOA’s as well as complex management
• Diploma or Degree in Management
• Paddocks UCT Sectional Title / HOA Management Course qualification advantageous
• Registered with the PPRA holding a valid FFC advantageous
• Experience in overseeing and management of staff
• Problem solving & analytical skills
• Accuracy & Strategy planning

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efficient and effective administration and management of owner and Trustees relationships
• Ensure the efficient and effective administration and management of related processes
• Review monthly results and ensure regular and accurate reporting to all relevant stakeholders / Trustees
• Effective property management of complexes ensuring complex wellness
• Oversee municipal related processes, comparing charges to the budget
• Review monthly business unit results and ensure regular and accurate reporting
