POSITION INFO:

A well known client in East London is looking for a qualified Security Systems Technician to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and access control systems.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of security equipment.
• Ensure systems are properly integrated and functioning for security monitoring and access management.
• Work with clients to assess needs, design, and implement tailored security solutions.
• Provide technical support and training on system use and maintenance.

Required Certifications:

• PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) certification.
• SAIDSA (South African Intruder Detection Services Association) certification.

Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, IP cameras, and access control technologies.
• Knowledge of security system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with security-related hardware and software.
• Familiarity with compliance standards for the security industry.
