Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and production machinery to ensure minimal downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues efficiently.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to maximize operational efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that equipment operates within safety standards.
- Technical Support: Support senior technicians and the maintenance team in resolving complex issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure that machines and HVAC systems function at optimal performance levels to support production demands.
Key Requirements:- Experience: Minimum of 4/5 years in a maintenance or technician role within the FMCG sector, focusing on HVAC systems and industrial machinery.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical repairs, and general maintenance practices.
- Certifications: Certification in HVAC maintenance, mechanical, or electrical systems is an advantage.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces.
