POSITION INFO:

With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, this company is growing rapidly and looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team on a 3-month contract basis. Duties:

Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Lead the automation of accounting systems and transactions, working closely with IT to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency.
Oversee the reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and financial records, ensuring data integrity and resolving discrepancies.
Collaborate with the management team to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights into financial performance and strategic planning.
Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, and actively contribute to minimizing financial risk.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting/Finance Degree.
Experience:
- BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Essential).
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and controls.
