POSITION INFO:

Oversee monthly accounting processes using QuickBooks Desktop, including preparing management reports for the CEO and financial institutions
Manage the IDC facility with Nedbank, and coordinate monthly audits related to the facility
Handle import processes, including dealing with customs documentation and compliance
Finalise and reconcile the Trial Balance in preparation for annual financial statements
Prepare and submit VAT and PAYE returns for a payroll of approximately 200 employees
Assist with business payments, requiring a high level of trust, discretion, and accuracy
Manage cash flow forecasting and reporting, providing regular updates and insights directly to the CEO
Oversee and support debtors, creditors, and payroll clerks—strong operational knowledge in all three areas is essential
Be actively involved in day-to-day financial operations, working closely with the CEO and external accountants
Apply prior experience in manufacturing, including the preparation and analysis of manufacturing-specific financial reports

Agile
Manufacturing, Retail or FMCG experience

Qualification:
Degree + minimum 5 – 8 years experience
