SUMMARY:
My client invests in and develops commercial properties, with its primary focus on office buildings. They are expanding the team and are in search for an Afrikaans speaking Accountant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

If you have experience in:
  • Monthly Accounting work
  • Process general journals
  • Create provisions
  • Maintain asset register
  • Review monthly results including trial balance, detailed ledger, debtor and supplier age analysis
Also equipped with:
  • BCom Accounting Honours degree
  • Completed SAICA Articles (3 years) (non-negotiable) 
  • 4+ years post articles experience in the property industry
  • MDA Property Manager software beneficial
  • Caseware (non-negotiable)
