SUMMARY:
Senior Accounts Payable Admin with foreign creditors experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the medical industry is currently looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Admin to join their finance team.

Duties:

Foreign & local creditors (recons, outstanding invoices, resolve discrepancies, etc)
Making foreign payments (prepare EFT, sign off, etc)
Ad hoc admin duties (maintaining register, subledger recons, allocate prepayments, provide finance support)

Qualifications & skills:

Matric
Minimum Certificate required
5 - 10 years’ experience in foreign creditors admin role (non-negotiable)
Sage 300 software experience (required)
Advance excel knowledge
