POSITION INFO:

Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Attributes Required:

Previous Experience:

• Proven experience of working as a Business Systems Architect preferably within Retail or a relevant sector.
• Strong practical experience of supply chain ERP in a retail environment is desirable.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to modify messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Working closely with 3rd Parties to develop and support solutions.
• Can demonstrate extensive experience in application support for business users.
• Experience in a technical role in projects implementing ERP systems (desirable).
• Change and Transformation experience (desirable).

Technical Competencies:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a BSA or a related field.
• Development experience (any coding language) (desirable).
