POSITION INFO:

An established international technology company is offering an exciting opportunity for a candidate at the CIMA Strategic Case Study level to continue their career as a Chartered Management Accountant. In this role, you will assist with monthly management reporting, financial planning and analysis, and project costing. You will have a strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization is key to succeeding in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of the monthly management reporting pack
• Assist with financial planning and analysis
• Monthly cost analysis and review
• Project costing and profitability analysis and review
• Assist in the preparation of weekly cash flow analysis
• Assist in yearly financial reporting and external Audits
• Review and verification of all supplier invoices
• Reconciliation of creditors' statements
• Prepare payments
• Manage supplier queries
• Capture bank and credit card transactions into cash books
• Reconcile bank statements
• Staff expense validation in line with company policy
• Reconcile credit card statements
• Cash management and payment allocations
• Fixed Assets, maintain the fixed asset register and process journals for depreciation
• Month end journal processing
• Prepare reconciliations and analysis for balance sheet and income/expensive items
• Ensuring contracts closed on CRM system
• Ensuring compliance with the group revenue recognition policies
• Commission calculation and validation
• Weekly sales forecasting update with all sales personnel

Requirements:

• CIMA Strategic Case Study level
• 2-3 years experience 
• Solid accounting knowledge
• Strong Excel skills
