Senior Creditors Clerk, 12-month contract

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Creditors Clerk for a 12-month contract based in East London, Eastern Cape.

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
 

• Grade 12 with at least 5 years working experience in creditors control
• Excellent creditors’ reconciliation skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles & creditors control
• Good ability on Pastel & Excel
• Good communication skills and in dept recon ability

• Handle creditor queries
• Accurate invoice capturing, processing and payments of creditors
• Accurate creditor reconciliations before processing
• Preparing necessary paperwork for supplier payments
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed
• Ensure journals are posted and approved
