We are in need for Desktop Support Technician’s, office-based role in Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:

You need to have experience in hardware and software support, with at least 3+ years. It will be of beneficial if you have worked on software support systems such as (Windows, MS Office 365, Antivirus, Syspro, and Internet). Hardware support such as of desktops, Laptops, printers, handheld scanners, access control systems and logging calls with the relative service providers if needed.

Education:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Relevant degree in the IT field.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Hardware and Software Support experience.
3 years + experience
Experience with Syspro ERP system would be preferable but not a requirement.
SQL understanding exposure.
GREAT communication skills.
