Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Forestry sector is looking to employ a Senior Diesel Mechanic to join their dynamic team in the Eastern Cape (Ugie).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Updating of applicable workshop reports
Vehicle service intervals/Schedules
Stock Counts infield Unit
Housekeeping
Red Dot (Urgent Spares) board up to date and follow up with buyer on progress from suppliers.
Overtime sheets up to date to control overtime
Parts for Mechanic from Receiving area to Mechanic spares box
Safety file and tool box talk register up to date every month
Weekly safety audits

Job Requirements:

Grade 12 and a Red Seal Qualification
Experience in Forestry Equipment
Minimum of 5 years
Valid Code 14 licence will be your advantage
Previous experience or exposure as a Senior Diesel Mechanic or Workshop Foreman
