Our client is a national Retailer with stores and multiple digital channels, based in Cape Town. They are seeking to employ a senior E Commerce Manager.
This exciting role will suit a candidate that understands retail, understands Trade and who has the ability to combine their experience within retail with their Digital savvy
The successful candidate will ultimately be responsible for driving with growth and development of the digital sales channel

Key Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimising the digital journey.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.), digital marketing, and analytics tools.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Innovation & Agility: Ability to adapt to evolving market trends and drive digital transformation.
