Senior External Sales Rep

SUMMARY:
We require an exceptional Sales Rep to sell digital advertising space to clients. You will have the ability to hire and manage your own sales team. Uncapped commission plus an opportunity to become the Sales Director.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

1. 5+ years of successful sales experience in media, advertising, copier or digital marketing industries
2. Proven track record of exceeding targets.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends, AI analytics, and marketing technology.
5. Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
7. Experience working with the Monday.com platform
8. Ability to hire, manage, train and lead sales teams

• Leverage AI Analytics: Utilize our AI-driven analytics to create persuasive sales pitches that highlight the measurable impact of our advertising spaces.
• Own the Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, and effectively handle objections.
• Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, digital innovations, and the future of advertising to identify new sales opportunities.
• Represent the Company: Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our company and build brand awareness.
