CORE PURPOSE OF JOB

Providing and maintaining ICT based solutions to meet user’s hardware, software and

network requirements as well as coordinating ICT support and service delivery on a designated

campus.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• To coordinate the work of a team of ICT technical staff – including Laboratory technicians and ICT technical staff
• To render PC software, hardware and network support.
• To render PC software, hardware and network support in student computer laboratories.
• To arrange warranty/repairs with vendors
•  Provide advisory services to staff and students.
•  Participate in planning and implementing transversal ICT solutions.

• Knowledge of Service Level Agreements and adhering to strict timelines

• REQUIREMENTS

• M + 3 (In Information Technology or Computer Science) Required
• 3 - 5 years in similar working environment.
