Senior Internal Auditor

Job Description:
All candidates who are based in Kimberley (or are open to relocating to Kimberley), apply for this position. This client is looking to appoint a Senior Internal Auditor. An independent candidate who has experience in reporting or implementing combined assurance will be the successful candidate. This is an all-inclusive company that encourages it’s staff to grow.

Duties:

• Meeting with supervisors to organize and discuss risks and objectives of the audit
• Identifying, evaluating, and documenting risks
• Finding innovative processes
• Providing support and mentoring junior staff members
• Contributing proactively to internal meetings
• Client service delivery
• Setting up methods to improve efficiency and meet organizational goals
• Adhering to timelines and reporting deadlines

Qualifications:

• A completed CIA or studying towards one
  
• OR a completed CA(SA) or studying towards one

Experience:

• 5 years’ experience within internal auditing
• Combined assurance experience is non-negotiable
