Senior Key Accounts Manager / Representative

• Event Planning: Capable of organizing golf days and client outings, including planning, coordinating, and executing these events.

Responsibilities:

• Entertain and engage with clients, both during and outside of regular business hours.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute client events such as golf days and outings.

• Negotiate and manage client agreements, including price adjustments.

• Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and confidence.

• Adapt to changing circumstances and handle high-pressure situations with ease.

• Analyze customer data, extract insights, and identify opportunities.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize account retention, growth, and success.

• Develop long term mutually beneficial relationships with high----level decision makers.

• Uncover needs, objectives, and strategic priorities.

• Lead extensive contract negotiations.

• Ensure customers success post on-boarding.

Preferred experience, knowledge, and skills:

• A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in Key/Senior Account Management in a service related industry.

• Ability to retain and grow revenue from key customer accounts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong ability to maintain a high level of productivity with solid time management skills.

• Strong ability to maintain positive and successful working relationships with other internal departments
