Looking for individuals with 7+ years relevant senior chef experience and a formal cooking/culinary arts qualification. Looking for a foodie, someone with a passion for food and someone with knowledge of modern food trends. Must have experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment. Must be able to coordinate and manage a complete kitchen operation. Main duties will include food preparation, food quality control and general kitchen management.
