Instructional Design & Training Delivery

• Ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for library staff, faculty, and students.
• Proficiency in e-learning tools and experience with pedagogical best practices 

Information & Digital Literacy Instruction

• Expertise in teaching research skills, citation management (e.g. EndNote), and database navigation.
• Ability to develop workshops on AI literacy, data literacy, and critical evaluation of sources.

Technology Integration & Digital Fluency

• Familiarity with emerging library technologies (e.g., institutional repositories, discovery tools, research analytics).

Leadership & Staff Development

• Skills in needs assessment to identify training gaps among library staff.
• Ability to mentor junior librarians and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Communication & Collaboration

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences (students, faculty, researchers).
• Ability to collaborate with academic departments to embed information literacy into curricula.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Competence in measuring training effectiveness (e.g., surveys, learning analytics).
• Experience using feedback to improve programs and demonstrate ROI.

Change Management & Advocacy

• Ability to promote the value of training initiatives to stakeholders.
