POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing team and act as the key strategic marketing partner for a cross-business portfolio. This role involves translating business and customer insights into a clear, integrated marketing and communication strategy to drive brand engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Position the brand effectively to drive customer engagement, sales, and market growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the brand message is consistent across all marketing channels.
Lead the development of integrated marketing communication plans, including media, digital, PR, and customer engagement strategies.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Manage relationships with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Oversee budget planning and financial management of marketing activities.

Key Skills

Strong strategic marketing and brand positioning expertise.
Experience in digital marketing, PR, corporate communications, and loyalty programs.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills at a senior level.
Ability to drive high-impact marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or agency environments.
Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
Experience with financial planning and budget management.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market trends.

Qualifications

Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Branding, or a related field.
