SUMMARY:
Our client a holding company based in Roodepoort is seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team. This individual will be reporting to various Directors and need to be extremely tech-savvy, strategic-thinking, and able to steam line processes including working in a demanding environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans is a strong requirement for this role

Manage calendars, appointment scheduling, and coordinate meetings and conferences. Assist with event planning
Assist with the planning and execution of some household projects, as needed, undertaking ad hoc personal errands, as assigned

Extensive travel & diary management, including making and confirming reservations including sorting out Visas and Passports
Household purchases (such as purchasing groceries online and having them delivered), returns, and credit card account reconciliations
Coordinate, drive and manage various projects within the family.
Online research regarding various topics and Assist with event planning
Safeguarding highly confidential information (will be required to sign a NDA)
Manage medical information and doctors’ appointments.
Assist accounting and business support teams with document management.
Periodically would be required to visit various offices or have documents sent to head office via courier
Lease management and general administration.
Extensive travel & diary management, including making and confirming reservations sorting out passports and visas,
Undertaking ad hoc personal errands, as assigned
Safeguarding highly confidential information

Valid driver's license and own vehicle essential
