Established Trendy Italian franchise Restaurant in the Ruimsig Roodepoort area is looking for an energetic Senior Restaurant Manager. Candidates with 7+ years senior Restaurant management experience will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation front and back of house. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English.
