SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a Senior Site Agent to be based in the Secunda, Mpumalanga area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 Years’ experience previously servicing Sasol Secunda operationally
  • Proven business development, relationship building and maintaining track record within the Sasol Secunda plant environment
  • Proven track record of increased TES GP and revenue generation, in-line with Management targets to ensure overall growth
  • Existing client base within the Sasol plant essential
  • Full understanding of the Sasol employee onboarding process i.e. due diligence done, ensuring compliance, mobilization etc.
  • Previous shutdown recruitment, bulk on-time employee mobilization and bulk project management experience essential
  • Previous recruitment, selection and databasing of required technical skills
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle essential
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Daily planning and allocation of tasks to optimise on delivery
  • Ensuring job orders are covered in line with the Company's Recruitment methodology and within needed time frames
  • Sales / Telesales and visiting of potential clients
  • Ensure profitability of all business transactions – including bulk recruitment projects (rate calculations, margins, benefits etc.)
  • Database building in line with market trends and needs
  • Writing of adverts to attract best skill
  • Strategic input into the business and provide direction where needed
  • Ensuring compliance in line with Legislative changes and ensuring you are kept abreast and informed i.e. deeming provision
  • Key account Management
  • Preparing and delivering of presentations to potential clients
  • Ability to solve problems in professional manner on all levels
  • Ensuring all candidates meet the requirements of the client and are met with prior to starting an assignment
  • Coordinating of all activities – interviews / training etc.
  • Communicate and embody the company vision and values
  • Project Management
  • Reporting on current and future Head count
  • Database management to ensure as a business we deliver on the mandates set with the client
  • On site visits with Key accounts and new accounts
  • Conducing in depth interviews with identified candidates and ensuring team compliance
  • Ensuring all necessary checks have been completed prior to sign on
  • PO Management and control
  • Credit Control – ensure payment of accounts within signed terms
  • Commercial management – Contract – risk mitigation and rate negotiations
  • Candidate contract management and ensuring proper process in place to control i.e. Leave, EOC etc.
  • IR Management
  • Queries – temps, payroll and client
  • Increase of brand awareness for Fempower
  • Increase of TES market share
  • Ensuring delivery on TES orders within required time frame
  • Ensuring overall growth within the TES division in accordance to GM TES requirements and targets set by the GM TES, in order to ensure expected quarterly revenue growth
  • Ensuring growth within the TES team
  • Ensuring compliance paperwork is done according to Fempower expectations i.e. ensuring all correct paperwork processes are followed before mobilization, during projects and up to/after demobilization of staff
  • Ensuring candidates do not have criminal records by conducting necessary MIE checks before mobilising employees to site
  • Verifying employment history by getting admin to conduct reference checks before mobilising employees on site
  • Ensuring every applicant went through medical, induction and procedures
  • Ensuring the full Company and client compliance process is followed, and all documents are in place as required by client and the Company
  • Attention to detail given to ensure full compliance of documentation and site access
  • Always ensure that clients queries / requirements are attended to and resolved timeously
  • Always ensure that workers PAY queries / requirements are attended to and resolved timeously
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Ability to work at fast pace
  • Ability to manage bulk sites or business units
  • Responsible for signing on new temps – ensure safety procedures are followed
  • Meet deadlines at all times with regards to client requirements
