POSITION INFO:

A leading organisation is looking for a Senior Specialist: Service Delivery to take ownership of the Order to Cash process, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management, customer engagement, and technical skills to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end service delivery of complex, high-revenue projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage customer escalations, coordinating across departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Lead vendor management, ensuring third-party service providers meet required standards.
• Track, manage, and optimise the Order to Cash process, focusing on revenue generation and service delivery targets.
• Provide first-line escalation support and mentor junior team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of new processes.

Requirements:

• Project Management Qualification and a 3-year Diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years'' experience in ICT, with a minimum of 3 years in the Telco industry.
• Strong technical expertise, business intelligence reporting, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Proven team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and escalation management experience.
• Experience in report writing and managing cross-functional teams.
