JOB DESCRIPTION:

Preparing detailed programs and itineraries for incentive / conference groups.
Finalizing the internal costing analysis sheet.
Liaising with the client, or DMC, booking and confirming all the required services and controlling, and the operation of the actual program.
We encourage creativity, relationship-building with the client and upselling
Multi-skilled.
Conference work, you would be required to work on projects in the travel department;
Would be working with overseas clients who have Southern Africa programs/ brochures
Here, the requirement is to analyze their current programs and propose improved and more creative programs.
