Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar role
Syspro knowledge would be an advantage
Admin knowledge

Duties

Scanning, uploading & sending supply-only invoices to customers
Cross referencing M-files to previous day’s sales profitability report (invoicing up to date)
Daily invoicing target/stats (graph)
Answering call centre phone
Logging service calls
Completing and closing completed jobs – M-files
Correcting WIP reports – adding KMS’s
Daily invoicing (All departments)
Invoice
Scan
Administer to relevant recipients
Upload to M-files
Close job
Customer costings
Internal costings
Credit notes
Uploading Credit notes to M-files
Car Rental
First Car portal
Updating Ariba
Invoicing Portal
Review daily completed Sheets
Weekly Sales report
Sales Profitability Report
Tending to queries (Internal & external)
Costing queries
Invoice queries
Following up on outstanding Purchase Orders
Updating Contract Sheets
Maintenance Contracts (Hours used and availability)
Service contract customers (Checklist Service conducted)
Filing
Ad-hoc duties as requested by management
