POSITION INFO:
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join a well-established automotive brand in Mpumalanga. You will be responsible for managing service bookings, customer inquiries, and coordinating with the service department to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs.
- Schedule and manage service appointments.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and service timelines.
- Maintain customer records and service histories.
- Update customers on service progress and manage warranty claims.
- Promote additional services as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and service procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
