SUMMARY:

Service Advisor - Johannesburg North, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you have a strong understanding of the automotive industry?
Join our clients team as a Service Advisor and be the first point of contact for their valued customers!

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of automotive service processes and procedures.
Experience with dealership management software Evolve is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers
Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
Ensure accurate warranty and motor-plan details on system
Update necessary vehicle details
Prepare quotations
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Full vehicle handover process
Customer follow ups
Maintain a high CSI
