SUMMARY:
Service Advisor - Ermelo - Mpumalanga

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for coordinating customer vehicles for servicing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing departmental profitability.

Responsibilities:

Liaising with workshop customers
Booking of vehicles
Update customers on progress and check customer satisfaction on completion
Ensure all work is carried out and charged for
Accurately maintain document control systems
Accurately maintain cash/credit accounting to ensure security of all payments
Costing of job cards daily

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years Service Advisor experience within large volume franchise dealerships
Evolve / BSI experience
Bilingual - English and Afrikaans
Good traceable CSI / CVP scores
A completed master service advisor course will be beneficial
