JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
Min. 2 years' experience in a service advisory role
Contactable references
Clear criminal record
Experience working in motor industry highly advantageous

Duties include but not limited to:

Manage and oversee dealership workflow
Schedule and confirm bookings
Advise customers about service changes and collection times
Maintain positive customer relationships
Invoicing and receipting of payments
