SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Services Manager for our client, a leading property development company in Centurion. This role will be pivotal in managing service contracts, overseeing operational services across soft and technical services, and ensuring high standards of performance and compliance.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Ensure service providers meet performance standards and comply with SLAs.
Manage contract renewals, modifications, and amendments.
Collaborate with internal teams (Facilities Management, Energy & Utilities) to streamline service delivery.
Implement strategies to improve vendor performance and service efficiency.
Oversee daily operations of soft services (cleaning, hygiene, waste management) and technical services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Maintain a strong focus on health and safety compliance and industry standards.
Track KPIs and identify opportunities for service improvements.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and maintain critical systems such as HVAC, fire safety, plumbing, and lifts.

Requirements:

Proficiency in facilities management software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and budget management skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Previous experience in facilities, contract, and vendor management.
A customer-centric approach with a commitment to service excellence.
