Service Contract Manager (East London)

We are seeking a Services Manager to join our team at a leading property development company in East London. This key role is responsible for managing service contracts, ensuring performance standards are met, and overseeing operational services across all soft and technical services. The Services Manager will ensure the effective delivery of high-quality services, maintaining compliance, optimizing service performance, and fostering strong vendor relationships.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Ensure service providers meet performance standards as outlined in SLAs and oversee contract compliance.
• Handle contract renewals, modifications, and amendments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Facilities Management, Energy & Utilities) to optimize service delivery.
• Focus on continual service improvements and vendor performance enhancement.
• Oversee daily operations of soft and technical services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and lifts.
• Implement and monitor service improvement plans while ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Maintain operational performance by tracking KPIs and identifying improvement areas.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and service providers to ensure smooth coordination.
• Engage in regular performance reviews with stakeholders and service providers.
• Oversee soft services such as cleaning, hygiene, pest control, landscaping, and waste management.
• Oversee technical services, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety, and lift maintenance.

• Proficiency in facilities management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and budget management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience in supplier and contract management.

• Experience in soft and technical services management, preferably in a property development or facilities management environment.
