Our client in the office automation industry has an opening for an experienced Service Controller to make an addition to their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the office automation industry 
• Previous experience with PBX systems and copier services
• Experience in stock control and inventory management
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation

• Log service calls and create customer repair orders for PBX systems and copiers
• Order and GRV incoming stock
• Create sales orders and invoice clients
• Prepare quotations for COD clients
• Process part requests from technicians
• Handle dealer calls and invoice dealer services
• Manage stock control
• Oversee PBX billing by posting readings on Fincon
• Collect meter readings from clients and manage copier billing using Fincon
• Calculate travel charges weekly and invoice clients
• Provide top-notch customer service
