Service Delivery Analyst required to join a global energy company based within the Aberdeen area.
This role is a 6 month contract, outside IR35, offering a rate of £225-£250 per day and due to the nature of the role, occasional office visits will be required.
The role will consist if you working closely with and supporting the Service Delivery Manager as the company go through the initial stages of their IT Service Operations improvement plan. You will be working with various teams within the IT department, and any third party suppliers, to help define and create any documentation and IT operations manual/models. You will also be able to utilise your knowledge of any IT services, such as ServiceNow or ITIL, to communicate with service providers and provide key updates throughout the project.
For this role you will come from a strong background of working within an ITIL service delivery environment and be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of IT processes and service providers. You will also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable with building relationships with both internal IT teams and any third party suppliers on the project.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
** Solid understanding of IT Support Services such as ITIL and ServiceNow
** Excellent communication skills
** Experience creating documentation on various implementation projects
** Experience working within an IT Support or Helpdesk environment
