Service Desk Team Leader required for a Manged Services company based in Edinburgh.
The company are a Microsoft Gold Partner and one of Scotland's largest IT consultancy firms who are continuously expanding their teams to ensure their clients are getting the best service possible.
This is a brand-new position within the team to co-manage the central service support team. You will have previous leadership experience as you will be responsible for training, regular reviews, updates, and documentation for the support team and creating new support processes when needed. You will drive incident closure and ticket management standards across the team and ensure all members are up to date with the correct skills to provide the best support to all clients across the company.
You will have the following Skills/Experience -
** Strong communication skills; written and verbal
** Demonstrable experience working on a service desk
** Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft technologies
** Strong leadership skills
