POSITION INFO:

A company in Silver Lakes, Pretoria is looking for a Service / Parts Admin Intern.

The salary is R7500,00

Its a 12 month Internship.

Only candidates who are currently unemployed can apply.

Responsibilities:

Assist with processing service orders and parts requests.
Maintain and update inventory records for parts and services.
Handle customer inquiries regarding parts availability, service schedules, and order status.
Assist with the preparation and tracking of service and parts documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers and service teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of parts orders.
Assist with managing warranty claims and service agreements.
Provide general administrative support to the service and parts teams.
Prepare and maintain reports for stock levels, order status, and service requests.
Help with filing, organizing, and ensuring all service and parts documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

Matric (With an average of 60%)
No criminal record
Must be unemployed currently
Enjoys admin tasks
