To be part of a successful workshop or field service team that services, maintains and repairs contract or customer equipment to the highest levels of workmanship & quality and provides service excellence to all internal and external customers. To work always within the Company standing instructions and policies to ensure that servicing and repair costs are kept to the minimum and that customers are constantly delighted with the levels of service and machine uptime.
Experience and Minimum Requirements:
Used to working to and achieving deadlines monthly.
Matric.
Valid Driver’s License.
Relevant Auto Electrical Technical qualifications (Proof of Certificates).
Own reliable mobile phone with the ability to download various company applications.
Service KPI’s:
Technicians’ productivity above 85%.
Response within 4 hours.
All services and load test are scheduled, and dates and times confirmed with the customer beforehand.
All breakdowns are recorded.
100% of call backs when technician dispatched, followed up and job completed.
Services and load tests 100% within time limits.
Breakdown register produced daily.
Labour margins > 45%.
Sublet margins >25%.
Maintenance contract margins > 40%.
Kilometres recovered >80%.
Health and Safety meetings and records 100% up to date.
New and used assembly, PDI, and repairs are done >95% within promised dates.
WIP less than 15% of last month’s turnover.
Debtors’ days below 40 days.
Contracts managers achieve > 80% of all scheduled customer visits.
All technical training attended and completed as per the scheduled times.
Warranty jobs closed costed and claimed within 45 days of breakdown.
Hour meter reading 95% correct monthly.
Van stock to be counted once per quarter and stock losses must be below 5%.
