POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- Tool, Jig and Die – Red Seal.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the injection moulding industry.
- Hot runner systems knowledge.
- Understanding and explaining technical products and services.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Growing and managing existing relationships with key customers.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and expanding product and service offerings.
- Implementing and developing account plans to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Negotiating pricing and contract agreements.
- Analysing customer data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Mitigating and identifying potential risk issues.
- Staying updated with industry developments and competition activity.
- Providing product and technical support to customers.
