Service and Aftersales Manager

SUMMARY:
Well established company based in Midrand seeks a Service and After Sales Manager from generators or heavy construction equipment

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in the generator business alternatively heavy construction equipment 
• At least 5 years experience in a management role 
• Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in engineering / mechanical-industrial electrical 
• Excellent knowledge of Diesel Engines 

• To plan and manage the necessary activities for malfunction, assembly, periodic controls, warranty and commissioning processes.
• To determine and supply all kinds of purchasing needs related to the maintenance and repair of generators.
• To follow the satisfaction of the customers from the service team, to follow the process of solving the complaints or the problems conveyed.
• To make business plans in line with the company's quality policy and targets, to act within these plans in order to achieve the planned service targets.
• Creating service targets and preparing periodic service reports / Conducting research in new or targeted markets and identifying potential customers.
