Settlements Specialist

Established fund administration team seeks an experienced Settlements Specialist to join their high delivery middle office team. Their ideal candidate will also have good offshore experience to join their experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Trade matching, managing escalated queries
• Overseeing and team support
• Specialist for on and off-market, with focus on on-market and international.
• Ensure controls are in place for mitigation of risks
• Maintain process documents
• Provide support to the team on their deliverables, on new client take-ons, any projects and staff training as required       

Requirements

• Minimum of a completed tertiary qualification (Accounting, Finance, Investments)
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years settlements / trade management experience, with both on and off-market
• High attention to detail
• Client services focussed
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Team player and positive disposition
