SUMMARY:
Recruiting for a Production Shift Manager - Bronkhorstspruit, in the FMCG industry.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Ensure Quality standards and processes are adhered to during shift through constant monitoring of employees and ensuring quality processes are followed.
Do quality checks as per company procedures.
Coordinate Maintenance activities, indirect management and supervision of Maintenance team in conjunction with Maintenance Manager.
Ensure machines are run as per agreed specifications

Requirements:

Preferably 4 years’ experience supervision or within a management role.
Minimum Matric with a pass rate in Mathematics.
Post-Matric qualification will be advantageous.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to motivate staff and provide leadership to a team.
Have good problem solving, planning and analytical skills.
Computer literate.
Knowledge of an ERP system.
Prepared to work shifts.
