R15 000 - R45 000ctc (Depending on experience)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Red Seal certification as a Qualified Electrician or Electrical Millwright
• 3 years' experience in a hands-on role involving maintenance, fault detection and repairs in a similar industry would be highly beneficial 
• Valid driver’s license

• Oversee daily operational tasks, managing the entire packing process from sorting to final packaging
• Supervise the maintenance crew to ensure continuous machinery functionality and overall packhouse performance
• Perform electrical, mechanical and electronic repairs
• Maintain infrastructure, including all electrical, plumbing and general maintenance for both the packhouse and office spaces
• Ensure smooth shift coordination, especially for the pre-sorting and packing operations
