Shift Manager
Delmas
Salary between - R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 CTC

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Managing full production shifts
Managing and overseeing production system and programs
Managing plant workers and staff
General maintenance of machinery and forklifts
Enforcing Health and Safety procedures.
Overseeing loading and unloading of product
Printing of labels
Computer literate. Capable of working with complex production programmes - training will be provided
Physically fit and healthy - Must be capable of operating heavy machinery if needed
Must be capable of ascending and descending the feedmill/plant
Management skills will be working with and managing a team of plant workers and casuals every shift
Must be able to work on a rotating shift system (night-shift and weekends included).
Own transport preferable.
