POSITION INFO:
Warehouse Shift Manager - Johannesburg East

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory control, stock movement, and order fulfillment to meet strict deadlines
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies
• Drive performance and motivation across teams, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality
• Analyze operational data and implement strategies for continuous improvement

• Proven experience in a Shift Manager/Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a FMCG warehouse
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational processes
• Ability to manage resources efficiently and meet performance targets
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, public holidays and weekends
