JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is looking for a Shipping & Invoicing Administrator that will manage the invoicing & accounting on Shipshape -minimum 2 years experience. Must have thorough knowledge of shipping (Imports/Transport/Warehousing) and shipping documents (B/E, Cargo Dues, delivery requirements as well as understanding of P.H.O, State vet, Customs stops, Depot / LCL- Depot storage charges.You will be required to handle Petty Cash & Petty Cash recons and all accounting queries.  Contact me today for more information!
