• Assisting guests with booking and payment for excursions.

• Ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any issues or complaints during excursions.
• Organizing and managing logistics for excursions, including transportation and activities.
• Handling cash and processing payments for excursions.

Requirements:

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Knowledge of cruise destinations and shore excursions.
• Fluency in [language(s)] (a plus).
• First aid and CPR certified (some cruise lines require).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work long hours.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in tourism or hospitality (preferred).
