Showroom Co-ordinator
Our client, a high end flooring business that imports some of the best flooring in the world, is looking for a showroom consultant to work in their CBD showroom.
This candidate will be comfortable around high net work individuals and understand the soft sale approach of dealing with luxury items.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Degree or any relevant qualifications
- Showroom Experiences in a luxury retail or hospitality
- Sales & Marketing Experiences
- Computer literate (Word Press, website, Facebook business)
- Own Transport
Key Responsibilities:
- The initial liaison for private and professional clients at our Cape Town showroom by welcoming personal, telephonic and online enquiries in a positive manner.
- Achieve outstanding levels of client satisfaction by facilitating excellent client service.
- Generate sales and specifications of the companies products.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets, as set by company directors.
- Administer the accurate and timely processing of sales, including the generation of quotes, invoices and reports.
- Initiate digital & physical marketing & event driven ideas to grow market share for our products.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails / online correspondence.
- Schedule presentations of the products to qualified leads (architects & interior designers).
- Ensure the exemplary appearance of our showroom and a tidy back office.
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer records using the company's business systems.
- Oversee, monitor & record (online) consumable stock with the warehouse manager.
- Any other tasks required by the company to ensure the efficiency of the operation
Commercial Awareness:
- Introduce and educate prospective trade & retail clients about our brand.
- Grow the company's sales year-on-year by driving trade specifications and direct sales.
- Identifying relevant databases and other sources of prospect data.
- Proactively contact new trade business opportunities and convert them into customers.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with trade & retail prospects up to conversion.
- Actively participate in relevant events in association with the company
- Implement all business initiatives as directed by the directors and agree on monthly and annual targets and KPIs.
- Plan for and attend regular business reviews with the directors.
Brand Awareness:
- Deliver excellent service to all prospective customers, in line with the brand and reputation.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company, its approach, its products, and its services.
- Manage the social media platforms through Facebook business account
- Monitor and report on the ongoing AdWords campaign on a monthly basics.
- Manage and monitor changes to the website by advisement
- Monthly reporting of the activity of the Business social media campaigns.
