We invite you to form an integral part of our guest experience as our Driver/Chauffeur, stationed in the glamorous and glitzy setting of Camps Bay. Here you won't just offer transportation services; you will deliver guest centred experiences rooted in luxury and that is informative about our beautiful surroundings. Our group is renowned for cultivating an atmosphere of elegance and tranquillity, where every detail is nurtured to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the front desk team for seamless pick-ups and drop-offs.
Safely transport guests (and on instruction staff) to and from the Hotels, local attractions, and/or airport ensuring a smooth and relaxing journey amidst the scenic beauty of Camps Bay.
Assist guests with luggage and offer a warm, welcoming presence.
Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel policies, prioritizing guest safety and satisfaction.
Provide insightful recommendations about local attractions, enhancing the guest experience
Maintain a clean, pristine vehicle that reflects the elegance of associated with our group.
Keep track of vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure any issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Valid PDP Permit.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
Professional, polished appearance with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with Cape Town and surrounding areas is highly desirable.
