POSITION INFO:
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a proactive and experienced individual with:

• Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent certification.
• Safety Credentials: NOSA SAMTRAC or equivalent NQF 5 Safety Qualification.
• Experience: At least 10 years of relevant construction experience under MHSA regulations.
• Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and/or Afrikaans.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required.

• Providing administrative support to the site management team, including data entry, document filing, and office organization.
• Managing and organizing site documentation, such as permits, reports, and correspondence.
• Assisting in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documents.
• Coordinating schedules for meetings, site visits, and appointments for the site team.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accurate and timely information.
• Maintaining and updating personnel records, such as timesheets, in collaboration with the project management team.
• Overseeing office supplies, ensuring timely restocking to maintain efficiency.
• Supporting compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
• Promoting a safe, clean, and organized office environment for optimal productivity.
