POSITION INFO:
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support on-site, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting with compliance, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site administration, including document control and data entry.
• Maintain records of safety, production, warehousing, stock levels and compliance reports.
• Must have some accounting background and abilities
• Support HR functions, including timesheets, payroll administration, and onboarding.
• Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and mining industry regulations.

• Must have Grade 12
• Previous experience in a Site Administrator role, preferably in mining or construction.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative systems.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in the mining industry.
• Ability to work in a remote mining site environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Presentable, professional and must stay in Welkom or the immediate surroundings
• Must be able to speak English fluently
